A New Jersey lawmaker wants the State of New Jersey to do its own investigation into the theft of credit card numbers from the Target retail chain. Republican State Senator Kevin O’Toole is asking Acting Attorney General John Hoffman to kick off an investigation into how millions of credit card numbers hit the black market.
