LASER POINTER SALES COULD BE COMING TO END ON OC BOARDWALK

A majority of merchants have stopped selling laser pointers on the Ocean City boardwalk. People were using the pointers to try and blind pilots that were coming in to land at the Atlantic City Airport. At the council meeting on Thursday, the problem was discussed. The city is working with all of the merchants to try and ban the sale of them on the boardwalk. It is legal to buy a laser pointer, but it is being used illegally against pilots.
