A North Jersey woman is the holder for the largest slot payout in online gambling history in the state. Cathy Ruela played a game on harrahscasino.com called “Millionaire Genie.” The woman took home $1.3 million in the jackpot that was won on Nov. 6. New Jersey only began offering online gaming roughly one year ago and has come with lighter results than was anticipated by some lawmakers.
