Atlantic City Police cars can now patrol casino parking garages if they choose to do so. The Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office announced that a judge has dismissed a lawsuit filed by Atlantic City Mayor Lorenzo Langford that tried to ban his police from patrolling casino parking garages. Langford had issued an executive order back in October to ban the practice. However, Atlantic County officials believe the order was wrong and challenged it. Langford’s lawsuit to stop the practice of patrolling the garages has now been dismissed.
