The man accused in the strangulation death of a woman in Ocean City last summer has declined a plea agreement and will go on trial for the crime. Paul Kline was in court Thursday and will now be tried on charges that he murdered his girlfriend Denise Tarves Webber in July, 2017. Kline was offered a 20-year sentence in exchange for a plea deal.
