The daughter of an Atlantic County woman who was shot to death in her own home claims that her stepfather was responsible for the killing, and she’s doing all she can to prevent him from cashing in on $600,000 worth of insurance policies. Kimberly Pack held a breif press conference on Thursday and stated that she has filed legal papers in an attempt to prevent Dr. James Kauffman from collecting on the insurance money. In May, 2012 April Kauffman was killed in her home, and no suspects are in custody.
