Atlantic City Police have charged a 16 year old boy with being involved in a strong-armed robbery on Saturday that involved possession of a handgun. The juvenile was chased by the cops and he discarded the gun along the chase. A 44 year old man interfered with the investigation and was charged with Obstruction.
