Stone Harbor Police have charged a juvenile with motor vehicle offenses after he was caught driving the wrong way on a one way street last Wednesday evening. Police say when they pulled the vehicle over, the smelled what they believed to be the odor of burn marijuana. Motor vehicle charges were filed, drug related charges are pending. The juvenile was turned over to the custody of his parents.
