A 15-year-old from Atlantic City was arrested for an armed carjacking and sexual assault. The Press of Atlantic City reports that the juvenile was involved in the June 9 incident on at 24-year-old woman. He was the second suspect involved in the assault and the other person was already brought in according to police.
