A juvenile was found in possession of a controlled dangerous substance during a traffic stop. Lower Township Police arrested the 17-year-old of Rose Lane in the Villas. The child was charged with various drug charges and released into the custody of his parents. The stop took place in the area of Breakwater and Bayshore roads on Dec. 28.
