JURY TO GET MARR MURDER CASE ON TUESDAY

A jury is expected to get the murder case involving 75 year old Frederick Marr of Lower Township.  You may remember Marr is accused of fatally shooting Ronald Denny Sr. outside of Denny’s home more than four years ago; Denny was Marr’s nephew.  Denny was killed by a single bullet to the neck.  Marr’s attorney alleged in court Monday that the state did not prove its case against Marr, and that Marr is innocent.  Marr was captured in Florida four days after the murder.
