JUDGE WILL NOT MOVE BRIDGEGATE CASE OUT OF NJ

A federal judge says the Bridgegate case will stay right where it belongs, in New Jersey.  U.S. District Judge Susan Wigenton has denied a defense request to move the case out of New Jersey.  The defense argued that it could not find 12 jurors who would be impartial from the region.  The Christie administration caused major traffic delays on the George Washington Bridge in New Jersey for political retaliation.
