JUDGE TO RULE ON BALLOT QUESTION ISSUE IN CAPE MAY

The city of Cape May has filed a lawsuit attempting to remove an education-related question from the November 5th ballot.  The question asks voters in the Lower Cape May area if Cape May should be allowed to leave the Lower Cape May Regional School District shall the district be dissolved.  County Clerk Rita Fulginiti says it’s too late to get the question off the ballot; voting booths have been programmed, sample ballots have been printed.
