JUDGE: STOCKTON UNIVERSITY CAN SELL THE SHOWBOAT, AGAIN

A judge ruled Monday that yes, Stockton University can attempt to sell the Showboat Casino to another buyer.  Judge Julio Mendez ruled Monday that a contract between Stockton and KK Ventures is now null and void, and Stockton can attempt to find a new buyer for the former casino.  KK Ventures is owned by developer Glenn Straub who was told by the judge not to interfere with the potential sale to another buyer.
