A judge has ruled that an employees’ union cannot use a light projector to put electronic images on the sides of casino buildings to blast their owner, billionaire Carl Ichan. A judge ordered an injunction on the practice of the union putting the messages on the sides of the buildings as a way to show their frustration with the way the casinos are being operated. The action was taken in court by Trump Entertainment Resorts and protects the Trump Plaza, Taj Mahal, and Tropicana.
