A gag order is now in place for the prime suspect in the murder of April Kauffman. The judge imposed the gag order to prevent Ferdinand Aguello from speaking about the case on social media. He is accused of hiring a hitman to kill Kauffman in 2012. The order was issued by Judge Bernard DeLury.
