A three month investigation led to a narcotics bust in Lower Township. The Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office and the Lower Township Police Department jointly worked on the bust. A warrant was executed on June 30 at 33 E. Weber Ave. in the Villas. Police arrested Kevin Hall and Nikole Morales in the bust. The press release said that under 1/2 ounce of heroin was seized, along with under 50 grams of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and weighting and packaging materials. They could face between 3 and 5 years in state jail.
