There won’t be anymore jitney service at the Atlantic City Airport. The Press of Atlantic City reports that the Federal Transit Administration has said because the company accepted federal dollars for some of its fleet it can’t be apart of charter services. The South Jersey Transportation Authority sent the jitney’s away on Thursday. It isn’t clear if the ruling will have any impact in Sea Isle City, Stone Harbor, or Avalon, where they use the jitney service in the summer to move people about town.
