JITNEY SERVICE DEBUTS IN AVALON & STONE HARBOR

Add two more shore towns to the list of convenient jitney service. After expanding to Sea Isle City last summer, jitneys began running routes in Avalon and Stone Harbor this holiday weekend. The jitneys will be running along Dune Drive, Second Avenue and Ocean Drive, from 20th Street in Avalon to 96th Street in Stone Harbor. The jitney service will be available only on weekends through June, then daily from July through Labor Day.
