A big project in Sea Isle City could begin by mid January. Cape May County Engineer Dale Foster told Coastal Broadcasting a contract was awarded for JFK Blvd. work to Asphalt Paving Systems out of Hammonton. Foster said preconstruction meetings should take place right after Jan. 1 and work would begin soon after. The goal is to create the most minimal impact to the Polar Plunge weekend in the city as possible. The contract was worth about $3.8 million.
