The National Weather Service is forecasting heavy rain, strong winds, and minor tidal flooding Thursday into Friday. A storm will bring snow and ice to the northern and westerly regions of the Delaware Valley; for the shore, a wind blown rain event. Between two to three inches of rain are possible.
