Its been 36 years since Jeff Bell won the Republican nomination to run for U.S. Senate. This time he will be facing Cory Booker in his reelection bid. Bell lost a general election back in the 70’s against BIll Bradley and lost in another primary attempt in 1982. Bell beat our three other candidates to face Booker, who will be the overwhelming favorite.
