JANUARY THUNDERSTORMS? THEY ARE COMING TOMORROW

A strange weather event is in the forecast for the Jersey Shore on Saturday….January thunderstorms.  The National Weather Service predicts periods of heavy rain at times on Saturday afternoon, with thunderstorms in the forecast.  A big area of precipitation is expected to move up from the south which will warm up temperatures to near 60 degrees with a near 100 percent chance of rain tomorrow with the possibility of some thunderstorm activity.
