A protest was held on Tuesday by the mother of an 18 year-old Atlantic City teen who was shot on Monday by a police officer and later died. Ruby Conde, 42, wants answers in the death of her son, Derek Mack, and wants the name of the police officer who fired the shots released. Mack’s older brother, 19 year-old Raymond, is being held on $100,000 bail, on charges of cocaine possession, intent to distribute in a school zone, and assault on a police officer. Raymond allegedly punched an Atlantic City police sergeant in the face after his younger brother was shot.
