NO INJURIES IN HO– USE FIRE IN BELLEPLAIN

There were no injuries resulting from a house fire in Bellplain Monday afternoon.  Fire crews were called to the scene of a house fire on Broad Street around 2:30pm.  There were no fire hydrants in the area, so pumper trucks were brought in to battle the blaze.  The house has been declared a total loss.
