INDICTMENT IN WILDWOOD CROSSBOW ATTACK

A Wildwood man has been indicted on charges that he discharged a crossbow at another man at the Gilmore Motel in August.  A Cape May County grand jury indicted 31 year old Jonathan Moya on first degree attempted murder charges following the attack.  Moya allegedly shot Angel Serrano in the leg with the weapon at the motel.  Three men were staying in one motel room and had an argument over illegal drugs.
