A 51 year old Linwood man has been indicted on charges that he allegedly had sexual relations with a beach tag checker he supervised in Ocean City three summers ago. Charles Cusack has been indicted on second degree sexual assault charges and other offenses for allegedly having sex with the 17 year old girl in 2012. Cusack is a retired Ocean City police officer.
