A grand jury returned an indictment for a man charged in the murder of a college student in Wildwood. Alberto Martinez is alleged to have beaten 19-year-old Vincent DeSario to death with a baseball bat. Martinez faces murder charges and remains in the Cape May County jail on $350,000 bail.
