The death of a Millville man at the end of last year has been blamed on a Ventnor woman. Tamasa T. Nobles, 18, was indicted for the murder of Devon Devine, 20, of Millville, who was fatally stabbed in the chest by Nobles. In addition, Nobles was also indicted for weapons offenses. Nobles remains lodged at the Atlantic County Justice Facility on $200,000 bail.
