INDICTMENT HANDED DOWN IN 2011 MURDER

An indictment was handed down in a 2011 murder on Wednesday. An Atlantic County Grand Jury indicted Manuel E. Concepcion for the death of Ignacio Castro. Castro was stabbed with a pair of scissors. Concepcion was charged with murder and weapons offenses. He has been placed in the Atlantic County Justice Facility on $500,000 bail. The 33-year-old faces the potential of life in prison. The stabbing took place in Atlantic City last July.
