INDICTMENT HANDED DOWN FOR ASSAULT ON OFFICER

A Linwood man was indicted in connection with the assault on an Atlantic City police officer in 2013. The Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office announce that David Connor Castellani, 22, was indicted on three criminal counts in connection wit hthe June 15, 2013 assault of an Atlantic City Police Officer. Castellani will face aggravated assault on a police officer, resisting arrest, and inflicting harm on a law enforcement animal. He faces the potential of three to five years in jail if convicted.
