INCUMBENT LOSES PRIMARY IN UPPER TOWNSHIP

An incumbent in Upper Township will not be getting back into office. Committeeman Frank Conrad lost his primary to Antonio Inserra on Tuesday. The final vote count was 726 to 489. Conrad is in charge of Building and Grounds, along with Revenue and Finance. Inserra was running off the party line and represented the only upset of primary day.
