The identity of a 21 year-old U.S. Coast Guard recruit from Virginia who died on Wednesday has been released. The Coast Guard said Aaron Redd from Stafford, Virginia, collapsed on Friday after a 1.5-mile fitness run at the Coast Guard Training Center in Cape May. In a statement, the Coast Guard, said Redd had received medical evaluations before his enlistment on June 28th and again after his arrival on the base. The cause of death has not been determined and is under investigation.
