Hundreds of people have shown up today to attend a major bone marrow drive event at Lower Cape May Regional High School. Locals have turned out in force to an event sponsored by former high school sports star Matt Szczur, who came to his alma mater late this morning to lend a hand. Many community volunteers turned out for the event to be screened as potential bone marrow donors. Szczur himself donated bone marrow to help save the life of a little girl. ESPN showed up to film some of the event today; WFNE Fun 1067. is doing a live radio broadcast.
