New Jersey home prices are continue to creep up, but not as quickly as the national average. CoreLogic released its latest data saying that June say a one percent increase in home prices in the state from the previous month and 2.4 percent year-over-year. Meanwhile, nationwide prices were up 1.7 percent and 6.5 percent respectively. On a nationwide level, it is 40th month in a row for home prices to rise.
