On this Labor Day, thousands of vacationers are stuck in traffic as they head home from the Jersey Shore. The Press of Atlantic City reports that as of noon on Monday, there was a 12-mile delay of northbound traffic on the Garden State Parkway, beginning just north of Route 50 in Upper Township (exit 20). Traffic delays were found throughout South Jersey on the final official day of summer, on Route 47 in Cape May County, and Route 55 in both Cape May and Cumberland Counties.
