Three out of four metro areas in the state, including Atlantic City showed a median drop in housing prices. The National Association of Realtors released the data, saying Atlantic City was down 4.7 percent to $217,200 for single family homes. Other groups have been reporting that while sales have improved, prices haven’t in South Jersey.
