For tourism, it was a hit or miss holiday weekend at the Jersey Shore. In Atlantic City, there was scant business on the boardwalk and a sparse crowd on the beaches. The Ocean City boardwalk had activity and the restaurants did fairly well with take out orders. However, few hotels were open and the weather was not favorable for transient day trippers. As of Monday at 8:00am, there were no issues regarding northbound traffic leaving the beaches.
