A Millville man was arrested with possession of heroin. Police say on Friday Gregory Thomas Snell Jr. was spotted by police and ordered to stop based on a prior warrant. Snell was found with 100 bags worth of heroin on his person. He was charged with possession of heroin and other related offenses. Snell was placed in the Cumberland County Jail.
