The Wildwood Beach Patrol rescued four swimmers from a dangerous rip current on Saturday morning, and one victim needed CPR to survive. Four people were caught in a rip current off Spicer Avenue shortly before 10am Saturday and the Beach Patrol grabbed their rescue torpedoes and helped three men and one woman out of the water. One man was pulled from the water unconscious and was revived with CPR. The Beach Patrol reminds all swimmers to only enter the water in front of lifeguard stands.
