A dispute over taxes owed in Atlantic City with the Revel property will be in court Wednesday. The city wants to auction off a tax certificate next month for the right to collect taxes on the property, according to the Philadelphia Inquirer. The issue must be approved by a bankruptcy judge. The city is owed roughly $30 million that has gone unpaid. The city says the money is needed to continue operations within the resort.
