HAZMAT SCARE AT CAESARS IS FALSE ALARM

The Atlantic City Fire Department Hazmat unit was called to a fourth-floor executive office at Caesars to investigate a suspicious package Tuesday afternoon. The mail contained a package that contained brown powder with pills inside wrapped in tape. Four employees who were exposed to the package were relieved when fire officials determined the contents of the package were not dangerous. Even so, the brown substance was sent to the State Police lab for analysis.
