The possession of a small amount of pot may no longer be something to worry about in New Jersey. Lawmakers on Thursday will vote on a measure that would replace an arrest for two ounces of marijuana or under with a payable fine of just $50. The New Jersey Assembly is expected to approve this legislation Thursday afternoon.
