Underage gambling and thefts by a cashier have landed an Atlantic City casino with a big fine. The state Division of Gaming Enforcement fined Harrah’s Atlantic City $65,000 for the infractions. A cashier stole money on multiple instances to the tune of $23,000. A 20-year-old was also allowed to gamble despite state law requiring all gamblers to be 21.
