Campgrounds are open for business immediately in New Jersey. Governor Phil Murphy signed a new executive order Friday that allows campgrounds to open for transients. Social distancing guidelines are in effect. The new order also allows outdoor gatherings of up 25 people, but does not open the door for outside dining, nor outside graduations. Both are expected to be addressed after the holiday.
