HAPPY 420 DAY: LAWMAKER MOVES TO LEGALIZE POT IN NEW JERSEY

New Jersey may follow the lead of a few other states and legalize the use of marijuana.  Democratic State Senator Nicholas Scutari announced Friday afternoon that he will make a motion in the legislature that would result in the legalization of marijuana in the Garden State.  Colorado legalized pot earlier this year, and Washington state will be the next to do so.
