A 35 year old Hamilton Township man has been charged by police in connection with the death of his four year old son. Police say Jose Rojas is charged with first degree Aggravated Manslaughter and other offenses in connection with the death of his son. Rojas told police the child fell off his bed; hospital officials dispute that claim, saying the child fell at least 30 feet.
