A new measure drafted by State Senator Michael Testa would allow hair salons and barbers to have mobile facilities to bring their talents to a home or business. Under the bill, licensees would have the option of taking their businesses on the road in mobile facilities. Testa says this would follow the success of food trucks who are provided the same opportunity.
