GWTIDA TO HANDLE TAXI CAB ISSUES IN THE WILDWOODS

Taxi cab issues involving the Wildwoods will now be handled by the Greater Wildwood Tourism Improvement and Development Authority.  Wildwood Mayor Ernie Troiano says the island’s mayors do not believe they should be in the taxicab business and have handed all taxi-related public transportation issues over to the Authority.  The cab fares will pay the Authority fee, which is returned to the communities.
