Millville Police have revealed the identity of a man who was shot to death in the 100 block of Church Street early Thursday morning. Police say the shooting victim was 22 year old James Collins, who lives on Powell Street. Police say the shooting occurred shortly after midnight and Collins was pronounced dead at the scene. Police say there have been five shootings in Millville since last Saturday.
